How We Clean for Businesses
Here is a brief look at what you can expect when you schedule Oxi Fresh as your Iowa City commercial carpet cleaner:
Step 1
We start by doing a careful inspection of the carpets that you want us to clean. This examination will allow us to find any spots with damage that might impact the final outcome of our cleaning. We’ll also be searching for any areas with heavy soiling that might need extra attention from us. Once we are done, we’ll share the results of our findings.
Step 2
A pretreatment will then be applied to the areas with the heaviest soiling. The pretreatment uses enzymes to break down stubborn deposits of dirt, oils, and grime.
Step 3
The core cleaner will then be used. The core cleaner works in two stages. An oxygenated booster will break apart residues, while an encapsulating rinse will lock away the residues in microscopic crystals. The rinse helps prevent materials from reattaching to the fibers of the carpet.
Step 4
Next, we use the OF1000. The OF1000 is our revolutionary cleaning machine that makes use of dual brush heads to clean deep down into the carpet pile. The brushes will agitate residues free from the carpet and extract them.
Step 5
Last, we will vacuum and groom the carpet to give it a professional finish.
