How We Clean
To get the results you expect, we use a five-step process that we have perfected over years of experience and trial and error.
Step 1
We begin with an examination of the hardwood, finding any damage that has occurred as well as where the dirtiest parts of the floor are so we can make sure nothing is left behind.
Step 2
Our next step is to vacuum the floor, which removes debris that could scratch or damage the floor during cleaning. We make sure to protect the floors we clean.
Step 3
The OF2000 will be used to apply our pretreatment solution to the entire floor. This solution is powered by enzymes which break down grime on a molecular level.
Step 4
We will now use the OF2000 to apply our core cleaning solution to the floor while agitating the surface with dual, counter-rotating brushes.
Step 5 (Optional)
The final step is optional, but we highly recommend it. Once cleaning is over we can apply our Oxi Floor Refinisher. This semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating will protect the floor for months after application.
