Very dissatisfied with our service. The service provider was friendly, however after the “cleaning” our carpet had a foul odor. We have called back several of times to have it reserviced. The customer service has been hit or miss. One thing in common is they all promise a call back and they NEVER call back. I have personally called 3-5 times and my husband has also called. I have called a few times this week alone and have been promised a call back that has never happened. I am now waiting on a call back from their owner, Kimmy, and have not yet received that. The customer service rep is suggesting we would have to pay to have it reserviced. Very poor customer service and I would not use again. Unfortunate that they will not address an error of their own.

I think lower cost would help. Person cleaning carpet was very cordial and friendly. Keep on working on that. It makes experience better.

Great service! Our carpets are beautifully clean. Jordan was professional and courteous and did a great job. I would use this service again and would ask for Jordan.
