Owner called and cancelled scheduled carpet cleaning two times. No follow-up communications from Oxi-Clean have occured and obviously my carpets were not cleaned.

It was easy, quick, and effective. Especially like that the drying time was cut down from 24 hours to 1.5 hours.

Very dissatisfied with our service. The service provider was friendly, however after the “cleaning” our carpet had a foul odor. We have called back several of times to have it reserviced. The customer service has been hit or miss. One thing in common is they all promise a call back and they NEVER call back. I have personally called 3-5 times and my husband has also called. I have called a few times this week alone and have been promised a call back that has never happened. I am now waiting on a call back from their owner, Kimmy, and have not yet received that. The customer service rep is suggesting we would have to pay to have it reserviced. Very poor customer service and I would not use again. Unfortunate that they will not address an error of their own.
