It all started out as a disaster...i was not home to answer the technician's text which was sent an hour before he was due. I had not seen the text, so when I saw it and called, i was told it was too late and to long of a drive so the appointment would have to be rescheduled.
I am trying to get my house ready for sale. I called the scheduling people and found out the company was a franchise and there was only one technician servicing my area. This did not seem right since on google it said the company was in Lawrenceville GA...the next town over. So cancelling and rescheduling my appointment seemed ridiculous.
The woman at scheduling said she would talk to the owner. The scheduler handled it ...she called the franchise owner and confirmed the technician would be arriving within the hour.
The technician showed up when he said he would. He service was timely and efficient. THE RUGS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. I LOVE THIS METHOD & WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...BUT MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I WAS TOLD THE TECH WOULD MOVE THINGS AND WAS TOLD THEY DON'T!!!
