The first thing I noticed was that the technician was very professional, very friendly, and he worked very hard. I was impressed with the "cleaning machine" that was used. I had never seen one like that........I'm used to the steam cleaning equipment. I had a recliner cleaned and it looks brand new. The carpet cleaning came out way better than I expected. Connor was friendly and answered all my questions. He was careful to not bump into any furniture. He wore coverings on his shoes, which impressed me. I had never seen any other cleaning company do that. The cleaning job turned out way way way better than I thought it would. Oxi Fresh will be the only carpet cleaning company I will use from now on. Connor did an amazing job in cleaning our carpet! We had stains and traffic patterns that were hard (almost impossible) to remove. We have used other carpet cleaning services in the past, but the carpets we never cleaned this well!! We have recommended this company to friends and relatives who have been looking for a good cleaning service. We will certainly use OxiFresh for our cleaning needs in the future.
