Your technician was very professional in every way and very neat. He thourghly explained your process and why it was different and better than typical steam cleaning, and layed out a complete breakdown of costs up front, what additional costs might arise based on what he might need to treat spots with up front. He did a thorough vacuuming to start and treated the carpet with the enzyme you use to clean the carpet instead od steam cleaning. Finally, raked the finished rooms leaving them looking nearly new. The process left the carpets nearly dry to the touch before he even left. I am very impressed and will be using the service for sure in the future as well as spreading the word whenever I can. Very well done.

We were extremely happy with the work performed by your company. Sable Monique Devine was an absolute wonder in doing the work, displaying a beautiful personality as well as an excellent work ethic. I recently hired OxiFresh Carpet Cleaning for a move-in cleaning in the Orlando area. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and gave me a reminder the day before.
The technician was punctual and walked me through the process before getting started. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. As for the results— the carpets look and smell like brand new. The whole second floor feels fresher. Pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service.
