the guy who was here cleaned really bad ruined my rug and was still rude. I complained the same guy came back here and threw liquid on my carpet he didn't use a machine it stained my carpet even more. I called asking for someone else saying I was going to pay they refused to send someone else

I had my doubts before hiring you because sometimes reviews are fake but I must say you blew my mind with your service from scheduling thru completion. I have my own service company and must say Oxi Fresh is doing a great job! Needless to say my couch and rug look (almost) new.

The carpet looks very clean but can you have some kind of beautiful smell that would not only look good but smell good.
There are so many things that you could put on the carpet to make it smell good.
