I was very well pleased with the cleaning results. Stained areas look like new again. Carpet looks great. I have allergies and had no sensitivity to the products used. He called prior to coming. Arrived promptly. Very pleasant personality. I will surely use this company again and will refer to my family and friends.

Roxanne Stein was very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job on our
carpets. Would highly recommend her services. The issue I have is with the Oxi
Fresh company's website and location finder...I was interested in trying dry cleaning
and read good things about your process. However, when I used your franchise
locator, my zip code found no locations to service me, and I nearly passed you by
to use another carpet cleaner. Only because I dug further and found Roxanne, and
because she was open to coming to Belleair, did you get my business. Poor
marketing on your part...if you do not have a franchise in an area, you should default
to other nearby franchises. You are hurting your own people and losing a lot of
potential business.
