I just wanted to share with you that Robert did a most excellent job cleaning our carpets, rugs, and chairs. I really thought one rug was going to need to be tossed but he worked miracles on it! It was a favorite of mine and he knew it so he took extra time with it. It's such a relief to find a service that is so accommodating and professional. Robert spent time educating me on the process he was going to use, as well as, what I could expect after he was finished. He not only met my expectations but exceeded them! The service provided for our Master Bedroom was great. Cleaned the traffic areas and the carpet dried within an hour, although we did not move any smaller pieces back into the room for several hours. The gentleman they sent was friendly and professional. There was only a very slight odor that dissipated within a few hours. Good for me since I have asthma. We do recommend them.
