Scott had his work cut out for him with the 11 year old wall to wall carpet at my 91 year old Moms home. It had been previously washed (two different occasions) with a home water and soap cleaner system which left soap residue that attracted more dirt after the "cleaning". I explained everything to Scott and he listened carefully. After cleaning the carpets he advised us that they would continue to brighten over the next 4-5 days and they did! They did take much longer (24 hours) to completely dry (we were told 1-2 hours) but was well worth it because the carpets look fantastic, almost new, after 11 years of use and two destructive "cleanings".
