They were able to come quickly, and it did not take long for them to get done or for the carpet to dry.

My carpet had urine on it from our dog. The caroet smells as bad as it did the day they came. We are customers of Stanley steamers and went to oxi to save 35. It was not worth it. We now have to contact Stanley to come and deodorize the carpet.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. The franchise owner was not friendly at all either.

Terribly disappointed. We have been a customer of Stanley steamers for years and I only needed one room done. Against my better judgment I attempted to save $30. Not worth it! My carpet still smells as bad as it did prior to the supposed cleaning. We also were VERY disappointed by Matt, the owners, demeanor. He was not friendly.
