I provided this feedback to Patrick today. I choose OXIFRESH after reading the reviews - all very complimentary! Every interaction with your company has been an absolute pleasure. We had issues with my first appointment - water was to be shut off in the building - "No worries, we will come with diluted solution". When Sheldon arrived to do the job, we learned that the elevators were going to be down and he might be stuck on the 7th floor with his equipment for an undisclosed amount of time if he started the job as scheduled. He promptly rescheduled my appointment time for later in the same day. Later that afternoon, Reggie arrived and completed the job. The carpets looked great and the price was 1/3 of other quotes I had received. And they were DRY when I arrived an hour after the cleaning was completed. I also reviewed options for cleaning and sealing the tile floors in my clients condo, Patrick immediately worked with me on price and offered a discount for doing the job. He also agreed to come to my home to measure and provide advice on how to address my flooring issues. When I was late to meet him for my appointment, he cheerfully said that he would take advantage of the beautiful day as he waited. I will never hesitate to refer your wonderful company to my clients.
