There were problems confirming my appointment. I'd called the day before to reschedule for the following day, and was told this change was made.
But a cleaner arrived anyway at the original date, and I wasn't home. This was a wasted time r ip kn your part.
On the rescheduled date, I called in advance to confirm the service visit. I was told that there was nothing scheduled for me that day!! Incredible.
I was able to schedule a cleaning anyway for my rescheduled date & time, but the confusion in getting this done was unacceptable.
