The technician was prompt and very thorough. He cleaned a chair that hadn't been cleaned in 25 years and removed stains that were there for years. After he packed his equipment up, it was discovered he forgot to clean one side, and he gladly unpacked and finished the job. Very pleased. I'll be calling to schedule carpet cleaning in the near future.
