The technician Farid did an awesome job, he was on time; very professional. This products are very good, take out all the stain issues even the bad smells that my carpet had, very professional I recommend it. Was a courteous service, now my carpet looks and smell amazing ???? Thank you!!

The product is very good and it works well. It removed the stains as well as the odor. We were very happy that the drying time was a couple hours!
The technician was professional and courteous. He is a hard worker and very conscientious - he wanted us to be happy with the job before he left!

The service person was very professional and worked very hard ensuring that he did a good job (rare for a young man).
The product does a "good" job, but we are very happy that it does not leave a long term noxious smell (though, we did have a deodorizer added).
