Worst carpet cleaning I have ever paid for. Carpet took 2 days to dry and I could feel the residue from the protectant and the carpet did not feel soft, they are coming back and hopefully making it right this time.Don’t waste your money, next year I will be calling Stanley Steamer, I know they do a good job.
