Technician called early to coordinate his arrival. He was polite & respectful of my property. We walked through the rooms to be cleaned & he reviewed the process and timeline of the cleaning.
I was surprised at the amount of dirt removed after the cleaning & how the carpets were virtually dry within an hour. Very good job & cleaning products. He was able to clean the rooms in a timely manner without much disturbance to me at all. There was no heavy chemical odor either, which is great for my allergies & the dog I have in the home. Pet friendly products. The carpets were not drenched or stiff from chemicals/soap that were not removed in the process as other carpet cleaners have been in the past. And definitely better than a carpet rental machine for a do it yourself job, I never would do that again. Highly recommended
