I read the reviews after I had the job done. I'm glad I didn't read it prior, as I would have used someone else. I would have given a 5 star rating, but it's preset. That's not a good indicator of a company looking for fair feedback. What's with that? Anyway, everything went well, the carpets look great and are almost dry after about 2 hours. The cs rep. was pleasant and knowledgeable. The main factor is always how well the person doing the job does it, and their attitude and respect while in your home. Carlos was amazing. His personality, friendliness and the effort he expelled in making sure my carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction is exactly what I expected. Actually he surpassed it. Thank you Carlos, you gained the company a customer.

Oxi fresh is just what i needed. My old carpet looked great after the Oxi Fresh cleaning. The previous varpet ckeaning company could not get my carpet as ckean as this. Oxi Fresh just got a new regular customer in me.

Carlos was the representative from Oxi Fresh that cleaned my rugs and furniture. The colors in my rugs "pop" after the cleaning and my furniture smells and looks so much better. I wish I had this cleaning done early instead of putting if off. The price was reasonable and he quickly began the job and worked on my carpet/furniture the entire time.
