This was my first time using Oxi Fresh. I had some stubborn stains that reappeared after my initial cleaning and called the company to inquire about this. The owner personally called me back and took the time to explain the stain removal process and how sometimes this can happen. They offered to come back and retreat these spots. I was very impressed with the personal attention received and their willingness to address my questions and concerns.
