The technique and machine you use limits the ability to get into smaller spaces, such as narrow paths, under an overhang etc. It also does not do as good a job at transitions (from carpet to hard surface flooring). Hence I had to use manual methods to clean these areas myself.
Your Technican was very friendly, helpful and courteous. She is an excellent brand ambassador for your company.

The cleaning was not how we was expected, there is some stains still and there is no perfume after is done. Also the job was performed too quick in both units less them hour and 15 minutes each and the stairs was not properly done. We have 11 townhouses in this community. Is there any way you can redo the services? Can you send some other tech that have experience because the one you send only have 1 month working there. He's a great person but need more training for sure.
