Technician Malik was very friendly and concesious in his work. Did tremendous job on my carpets, which were very dirty. Wanted to make sure i was happy. Have already recommended him to my friends.

Malik was running late and gave me a heads up call. He was very knowledgeable and kind. The product didn't have a chemical smell. We have 2 big dogs and it took out the stains. Thank you for a great experience!
