Malik did a great job. I wish I was better prepared for how the enzymes worked. I had trouble breathing and coughed violently for at least three days trying to clear my lungs due to the old particles (diatomaceous earth) in the carpet. Not Malik's fault.

You all had a discount on your website that totaled my price of cleaning to $175. When I placed the order I forgot to add water repellent and deoderizer. So I had called the same day I ordered and the lady had told me it was coming up $195 on her end. So I asked her if I could just cancel and rebook the cleaning. She had told me just to show the worker the screenshot and they'll honor it then. So the next day I had work and told my wife to show the screenshot to the worker when they arrive. The worker arrived and didn't accept the other price and on top of that told me wife that we wouldn't need the water repellent. But that he would just double down on the deodorizer instead so that it would still be $195. Which I thought was just dumb in itself, because if I already have the carpet cleaned with deodorizer I don't know what help double would do?
Just the lack of help on both sides from the lady on the phone and worker that arrived was very irritating. I am not sure if I'll ask them again for help with my cleaning.
