Most of job was very good! Had to call for re-do on some areas. This was an upholstery cleaning job. Your cleaner got the dirty water all over our stone floor, walked in it, and tracked the dirt into our master bathroom (if asked, I would have indicated to use powder room) and got a lot of dirt on the bathroom rug.
