I liked the person who did the work for me (Trevaun). Most of the job was done very well. I did notice where the carpet meets with wall in a lot of places was not done. Trevaun had told me that their machine did not allow him to get close in some places and especially in corners. Maybe your company should consider getting attachments to your machine that would allow the carpets to be cleaned close to the wall/in corners. That's really my only observation.
