The smell of the “so called” organic products was so strong I had to wear a mask. I have allergies and I can still smell the product and my hallway is still wet two days after being put on the floor.
My Dining Room rug was not done because it is wool. This was my fourth carpet cleaning and no company has refused to clean that rug. Also, with the smell I stopped the cleaning of the rest of the carpet. My bedroom, the only room cleaned, still has all of the stains on the carpet. $138.00 wasted. Use products that work.

your process doesn't leave the carpet soaking wet. it doesn't take it long to dry. The technician explains his process and is very professional. My carpet always look great after he is done. I am very pleased with your service and will never call anyone else. I certainly hope you will be in business for years to come.
