We are deeply concerned about the technician's behavior during his time in our condo. Throughout the entire 1.5 hours he spent here, he had earbuds in, listening to videos and music. Unfortunately, we have discovered a stain on our master bedroom rug that we are finding incredibly difficult to remove. I have been using Oxi Fresh for over 5 years now for both my winter house in FL and my home in CO and the service has never disappointed me. Always arrive on time, polite and efficient, everything looks brand new after and the scent-free products used leave behind a real fresh smell in the house that lasts for weeks! I just love you guys! We scheduled next day for a carpet cleaning at our building. Tech called before arriving, was on time and super professional. What a difference after cleaning. The place looks and smells great.
