My technician, Bianca, was very pre-occupied by texting and or talking on the phone during my appointment. The sectional doesn’t show much difference in appearance in my opinion. The rug in the guest room doesn’t look any better at all, there is only a small area sticking out from under the bed, not sure how She could have used the large machine in that room. The rug in the master bedroom seems rather hard or crunchy. She wouldn’t clean the other rug in the other guest bath because it was “too thin” and her machine would get caught. I’m not sure why she wouldn’t have used the hand tool on that rug instead. The living room rug looks ok, not a big difference. She asked me for a towel to clean up the water on the floor, seemed odd that she didn’t bring one herself to do that. First time customer of yours…overall, not very happy.

My cleaning girl , Bianca was very sweet and efficient. She went out of her way to concentrate on the more soiled areas. Looks alot nicer.

Bianca arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable - she explained her process and delivered a perfect cleaning removing all spots that previous companies had told us would never come out (!). The carpet looks new and smell fresh (no particular scent). I have already scheduled my couch cleaning for next week with her.
