Our technician, Carlos, was very professional and knowledgeable about the services provided. He apologized many times for being 2 hours past my appointment time because someone called in sick on a previous job, and he had to cover that appointment. He was very courteous and did a great job on our carpets.
I was disappointed that my appointment time was so late. But I was very grateful to Carlos that he did such a great job.

The carpet cleaner was courteous and polite. It should be noted that I listened to his professional advice as to why one room could not be cleaned through your process. The invoice was adjusted accordingly. Upon completion of the service and subsequent inspection I was not satisfied. There were remaining dark spots and stains. I've used your service before and was completely satisfied which is why you are receiving this review.

I was amazed at how clean the carpet were after cleaning. Had them cleaned in past and they never ever looked this good. Such a great job!! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a cleaning.

We are extremely satisfied with your product and services. Carlos does an excellent job whenever he cleans our white rug. It looks great and smells fresh when he's done. Have used other cleaning services in the past, but none come even close to the good results we get from using Oxi Fresh of East Orlando. Your company is very fortunate to have such a well-mannered and hard working employee like Carlos.
