I am impressed with the quality people who work for Oxu. Outstanding quality. I like the oxi product because it doesn't take my rugs long to dry. This means my family is not walking on wet rugs which attracts dirt. Everything from making the appointment to showing up is professional. I get a warning call before arrival which helps me be on ready. Thank you
