We had Oxi Fresh out to clean our carpets and a sofa, and I'm really glad we did. The carpets looked noticeably fresher right away, and the couch came out much cleaner without being soaked. I also appreciated that everything dried quickly and didn't have any strong chemical smell. The technician was professional and took the time to explain what to expect, which I liked. Service was scheduled quickly and tech arrived promptly. Our tech (Que) was friendly, efficient and informative. Did exactly what I asked and did a great job. Price was reasonable and service excellent. Bedroom carpets look 10 years newer. Only caveat: Que suggested that the carpet would be dry in 45-60 minutes. Nope. Better allow several hours, more in areas that had deeper dirt. Carpets were comfortably dry after about 12 hours. I'll definitely use them again. RF. - deerfield Beach, FL - 10/10/2025
