Cleaning well but not perfect but OK. Short drying time. Employees worked very well together and moved what had to clean all locations. Arrived early which was not a problem. Put everything back in its proper place. Price a bit higher than expected but still not bad. Over all I would say it was a decent job. From 1 poor To 10 perfect I will give the job a 9.

Had appointment at 3:00 & he tried to come early in morning because had a cancellation .
I said couldn’t but he showed up at 2:00 without even calling!

I love that the whole procedure is a seamless transition from room to room. My first experience with Oxi Fresh was nothing short of amazing, my carpets looked bright!! My only regret is that I wish I had asked our most recent technician to give one of the rooms a second sweep as it didn’t seem as clean as it had after my first cleaning. A few shadowy spots still remained so maybe he just needed more chemical and a second pass through. That said I will still remain a Oxi Fresh customer!
