I am not happy with the service provided by the technician. It is mediocre. The carpet looks like it haven't been cleaned at all. It is a waste of my money. The technician demanded a tip which I gave but regretted it immediately. I would like a refund for the tip and the carpet because it was not worth it. When I complained about the service, the technician started being rude. The sofa cleaning is ok. I contacted Oxi Fresh to seek for solution but the customer service was rude and will most likely never hear back from the "owner" (whoever it is) for possible solutions. I used other company in the past and it was so much better. If the customer service was better maybe I would consider using Oxi Fresh again for the sofa. But so far, I do not think so.

My pillow has a stain that I found after the cleaner left snd he didn't mention it. He said it was all clean and no stains
