Our customer service was exceptional! Joe Ingram was the absolute best and a 5 star representative of Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. He was timely, professional, and phenomenal at the job. Our carpet has never looked better. I will always highly recommend him!

Honestly Billy was very nice and worked hard but the couch looks worst than it did before. I wish I never had it cleaned. There are grey spots all over the cushions. I’m so disappointed. Especially considering that I paid to have it look worse than it did.
