I was highly impressed with the technician who came to the house and cleaned the rug. He was professional, thorough, and seemed to genuinely care about the issues in my carpet, making sure the trouble spots were really worked through (he was smelling with his nose to the ground to find trouble spots since the black light wasn't showing anything due to a recent Stanly Steamer treatment) and he gave a serious amount of time to explaining to me what the deal was and how he treated it and some pointers to me for the future. Plus, the carpet looks awesome now! I'm definitely using you guys again and recommending to friends and family. Thanks so much!

Service was great, cleaner was professional and even provided tips on cleaning the carpet in the future. there were a few spots left once every thing cleared up but overall nice job.
