I was scheduled for carpet cleaning for an area rug with pet urine stain. First, I must say that Mr. Elvis Butler called me an hour out to let me know he was on his way. Second, When Mr. Butler arrived we discuss the area rug and what needed to be done.
Third, Mr. Butler did an excellent job, very polite, well manner, and was in and out in know time. Mr. Butler, didn't make a mess like a lot of carpet cleaning companies. Based on the experience I would highly recommend Oxi Fresh and request for Mr. Butler. Outstand Job Mr. Elvis Butler. ***** I give him a 5 Star.

You weren't able to remove water stains from upholstery and cleaning of carpet was not thorough.

When I called for an appointment, I talked to someone who could answer my questions (this contrasts with other companies I called). When I called to ask to change to the next day, I talked to someone who actually seemed to have access to the calendar and told me the next day was not available; therefore, I kept the original appointment.
Jose Gonzalez was great. He called before he came to clean. He was available to come early and that was fine with me. When he looked at the carpet he told me a couple stains might not be totally removed. He did not try to pitch any additional services or chemicals that might remove the stains. In addition he did not walk in and start making price changes based on being in the space. As it turned out, he was able to remove all stains.
bottom line: My carpets are clean and I appreciated getting the service I wanted without any negotiating or fending off additional charges.
