Prompt responses from the onset of inquiry. Picture identification of technician and direct text contact of arrival. Very conscious of materials in the carpeting to be sure of no damage. Very friendly, respectful and diligent. No large machines and surprisingly quiet, the end result I was very pleased with. There were some tough stains and did excellent efficient work. I would hire them again.
