I have a lovely, large wool rug in my living room. It is modern Native American and Indian motif. We are a family of 5, plus a dog and 2 cats! I needed to have my rug cleaned and was concerned about a few stains. But I had no idea who to hire. A friend recommended Oxi Fresh whose cleaning products are all harmless to pets. I took a chance and hired them. I watched the whole operation that took about 2 hours. It was amazing, the service person removed every stain! My rug looks like new! I highly recommend Oxi Fresh!

Communicaton is always great.. professional and prompt. The cleaning solution dries fast which is a big plus for me. He takes his time going over spots that need attention and makes sure my carpets and stairs are clean.
