I have used OxyFresh for years and been happy with the carpet cleaning quality & their ability to arrive on time. This time (August 17, 2023) they were scheduled for 10:30a but the manager, Brian, kept texting me to say the job they were on was taking much longer. They didn’t arrive until afternoon. I feel time is the only thing we all are equal on, so time my waiting for them is time wasted that I could have done something else beneficial.
Brian the manager had been to our house before with new trainees so I think perhaps they have a large employee turnover as he arrived with an employee needing “on the job training”.
The thing I like most about OxiFresh is the carpet dries faster than other carpet cleaning companies, and they give you 2 bottles of spot remover. We have cats that gift us frequently with hairballs that tend to stain so I use these spot removers.
Unfortunately, Brian didn’t leave spot remover product bottles so I called the next day and he said the spot remover was on back order but he would bring some by when it came in. I have texted him several times over a period of weeks asking politely for my spot remover but Brian ignores me. Even though I texted my issue with the cat’s hairballs he’s continued to ignore me therefore, I will no longer use OxyFresh because service after the sale is important and you can’t operate a quality company with a bad attitude towards customers. I’m sure Brian knows he’s not the only game in town so he’s willing to get this bad review. Bye, bye OxyFresh!

That the carpets are not soaked with water, there is only a slight soap smell vs strong chemicals, and very easy to schedule. Great technicians too. I am a repeat customer.
