That the carpets are not soaked with water, there is only a slight soap smell vs strong chemicals, and very easy to schedule. Great technicians too. I am a repeat customer.

No one showed up. I called 45 minutes after my scheduled (and confirmed) time! When I called, I was told that I had overbooked the appointment. WHAT? How is that even possible?!!!
So disappointed I will be moving on to another company from now on!

I was scheduled for a 3:00 appt.. At 3:45 I called to see where the tech was and was told that I HAD OVERBOOKED MY APPOINTMENT...WHAAAT?!!! I even received a text and email confirming my appointment time ahead of time. I took off of work for this appointment and am beyond angry!
There are other companies out there folks, go with them! I will, especially since there has been NO apology or attempt by the company to resolve this situation!
