How We Do It

Step 1: Walk-Through
Your cleaning will begin with the technician doing an inspection of the floors. This will help them locate and target areas that need more attention and heavier cleaning. We’ll look for areas with heavy soiling that may need pretreatment.
Once we’re done, we’ll discuss our findings with you. If we find anything that might impact the final result, we will let you know what to expect.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
The next step is that your floor will be vacuumed to remove any debris. This debris could act as an abrasive during the cleaning process, so removing it is vital.
Step 3: Core Cleaning
Using the OF2000, which combines product application, agitation, and extraction, the technician will clean the floors. First, they’ll use a pretreatment which will help break up the hardest to clean areas. Then, our main cleaning solution will be applied, agitated, and extracted in one clean sweep. Once the technician finishes, your hardwood floor will look and feel years younger.
If your floor is covered in acrylic waxes from DIY products, we also offer a more intense cleaning method designed to remove these built-up layers. If you’re concerned about acrylic waxes on your floors, ask the Scheduling Center about this additional service process.
Step 4: Optional Refinisher
If you wish, the technician can also apply Oxi Fresh Refinisher. This provides a protective maintenance coating on the hardwood with a lovely, semi-gloss shine.
