The Way We Clean
In order to deliver consistent results we can be proud of, we follow a multi-step method for the wood floors in your home. Here’s a breakdown of our process so that you can follow along when the technician arrives to revitalize your floors:
Step 1: Examination
We start with an inspection of the floors. This will help us find areas of severe soiling that require extra attention.
Step 2: Pre-Clean
The next step is to vacuum the floor thoroughly. This allows us to remove any debris which could act like an abrasive during the main cleaning process.
Step 3: Pretreatment
Next, we’ll apply a pretreatment to the floor using our special cleaning machine the OF2000. The machine does more than apply the product, though. It will also agitate the floors with a special brush, thus heightening the cleaning action. As the machine passes over an area it has agitated, it will also extract the broken-up dirt and product. That means you get powerful cleaning results and the floors aren’t exposed to too much water.
Step 4: The Core Solution
After the pretreatment, we’ll use the OF2000 to apply, agitate, and extract the follow-up solution and any dirt it helps break up. By the time we finish this second pass, your hardwood floors should be looking grand.
Step 5: (Optional) A Lovely Refinisher
Once we are done with the main steps of your Highlands Ranch hardwood floor cleaning, you can opt to add on an extra service. Using the Oxi Floor Refinisher, we can apply a protective, semi-gloss urethane coating to your floor. If you choose to have this done, it will help protect your hardwood floors.
