Tech left a scratch on the wall about 2 1/2 foot which was NOT there before. Spoke to owner of the Westminster location, said hey did not have a machine that was that high to make the mark. Not true I saw the machine heard a noise, thought somehow the clock fell off the wall, not the case that’s probably when he hit the wall with the machine. Owner not willing to discount cleaning. The tech Anthony was amazing. I was just disappointed that I told the scheduler the condition of our carpet and that it had lots of milk stains. After cleaning it looked pretty good but when drying it smelled so bad like gotten milk and the spots appeared again.
