How We Clean Upholstery
If you’ve never had us clean for you, this will give you an idea of what you can expect from your appointment.
Step 1
An inspection of the piece is our first order of business. This allows us to note any damage, target areas that need the most cleaning, and give you a realistic assessment of what we can achieve.
Step 2
Now we begin by applying a pretreatment enzyme to the areas where grime, dirt, and oils have built up the most. This begins the cleaning process by gently breaking down these contaminants without harming the upholstery.
Step 3
Once pretreatment is finished, we will apply an encapsulating rinse to the piece. This captures debris and grit in micro-crystals for easy and safe removal.
Step 4
Once that is finished, we use the Oxi Pro Upholstery cleaning machine to wash your piece. This also allows us to extract the dirt and oils we have removed, leaving the piece clean.
Step 5
Once we are finished with the cleaning, your technician will set up fans to accelerate drying by moving air around the piece.
