I hired them to get a smell out of my carpet. The operator said it smelled like the other company I hired before this one used too much water. The operator assured me he could get the smell out. My area rug smells even worse now. Can you fix it?

Steve was very nice and did a really great job we can't wait to use him again and do it on a regular basis. It has been a real challenge for us to do that as my sister is really sick and the products didn't bother her and it dried really fast so we are very thankful for having Steve and Oxi Fresh Products
