Carpet looks great! Very very conscientious, and professional. I would request the same person if I could he made the difference in my service. On the morning of my service The company had some issues with employees not showing or running late they wanted to change from 8 am to 10 am which I thought was unprofessional I already had everything moved etc. another day was out of the question. I was gonna cancel altogether but I did not and if it wasn’t for the gentlemen they sent as a replacement I would have never called them again. The service I received from this hard working and kind man made all the difference between a poor first impression and a success. I called to see if I can get a yellow curry stain out. The rep initially said They have had success in the past but no guarantees. The guy came out I showed him the stain and told him what is was he said he should be able to get it out. After he was not able to get it out he said . If I would intially talk to him or his boss instead of the call center they would have told me they could not get out curry stains. But if that was the case he should have said that when he showed up a d I told him what it was. He then said he felt bad taking money from me for nothing so he can just charge me 80 and spray something on the carpet so water does not soak as fast. After he left I looked on the email it said 1 room and spot removal for 125 was he suppose to shampoo a room and remove a spot for that price. I would have not.mind paying the full 120 and getting that room cleaned instead. To make it right can you clean the whole room and Ill pay the 40 to make up the difference!
