I've used this company twice now, and once again I'm extremely impressed. Enrique, the technician, took his time and was incredibly thorough, polite, and professional. He cleaned everything beautifully and was even able to remove all but one stain that had been in the carpet for years—something other companies couldn't do. His work truly stands out. Highly recommend!

The carpet was definitely cleaner but I feel like the guy was just trying to hurry instead of actually trying to clean the carpet. There's a couple dirty spots that were totally missed. When I tried cleaning them myself they came out, so not sure why he didn't get them.

The service person arrived on time. Was OK with doing the rugs out on the driveway. He was very polite and gave his estimate of the current condition of each throw rug.
