I was not happy with the la k of quality of the leaning in the traffic areas and spots that were not removed at thee try to one of the bedrooms I will call to s heckle a return reclean for the traffic areas

The machine used was very old and it didn’t appear to do a good job. I found a lot of dirt on the carpet after they were cleaned. I have pictures if you would like to see them.
The stairs were the worst, and it didn’t appear that the machine he was using on the stairs was made to clean stairs.
I really feel like I should get a partial refund. He was here for less than two hours and I paid $300. I am not satisfied.
