A few months ago I had another company come out to clean our carpet. I mentioned that the thresholds to hallway, bedrooms and bathroom didn't look clean. I was told that the carpet was worn out from traffic. The carpet was three years old. Whatever cleaner they used left a residue on the carpet which made the carpet dirtier than it had been. When Phillip Morgan, Owner, saw the Carpet, he was totally puzzled to how dirty the carpet was. He told me he would cleaned it to the best of his ability, but, gave me no guaranteers. I just happened to be passing as the cleaned the hallway threshold, and I stopped, because it was completely cleaned. I was thrilled to say the least. Our carpet looked as if though it were brand new! I also, had him Scotch Guard the carpet. What I liked, was that Phillip gave me a courtesy call prior to his arrival. He arrived right on time. He was dressed professionally, very pleasant personality. He listened to me carefully. Didn't rush through the job. I was more than pleased and have decided to have him come back, annually to have him clean the carpet, (2) sofas and clean our bathroom tile floor. I've already referred him to my friends. A Job Well Done!

I had another carpet cleaning company come out in February. My carpet never looked clean after they "cleaned" it and then a residue built up and it was worse than before they "cleaned" it! I RECOMMEND this company. Phillip Morgan, took pride in his work. We discussed the issue of how dirty it was after just three months, and he explained everything to me in detail. Our carpet looks like new! I also had him Scotch Guard it. From now on, I'm going to have him come out once a year and do carpet and sofas. As you can tell I'm a "happy" camper.

The gentleman who comes out to clean the carpets is very pleasant to deal with. I hope he's always the one who comes out to my place. He does an excellent job, and gets spots out of the carpets that were making them look pretty awful.

i could not be more pleased with the service i received from steve i have never had anyone clean my carpets like steve did he was very professional and informative oxi fresh is #1 for me and the price was certainly right i will recommend oxi fresh to everyone i can
