Driver was late. Did not call me to say late till after he was already late. Then after notifying me he'd be late I went on to work and cancelled appt. (via web) he called me 5-6 times trying to preform the scheduled work after I was already gone from home and at work. Busy people cannot take whole days off for this. If your Appt is 10am don't show up at 130pm and expect someone to be waiting like they have nothing better to do

Our carpets look exactly the same after it was cleaned. Light stains and dirty areas are still there. This is nothing like when we had a carpet steamer that did our floors before. What Oxi Clean did was just vacuum our floor with a heavy duty vacuum cleaner and actually not cleaned our carpets. I am pretty disappointed.
